Key Responsibilities
Assist in user research : field visits, contextual inquiries, user interviews, and usability testing with B2B users
Analyze findings to create personas, journey maps, and service blueprints
Contribute to wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma
Help translate offline workflows into digital flows
Support senior designers in creating scalable and intuitive UX for web and mobile platforms
Document insights and design decisions clearly for cross-functional teams
Participate in internal design reviews and feedback sessions

Who You Are
A design student or recent graduate (Product Design, HCI, UX, Psychology, or related fields)
Curious about how

Strong grasp of UX fundamentals and design process
Basic proficiency in design tools (Figma preferred)
