Responsibilities :

• Configure, support, and optimize the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Module to meet business and global recruiting needs.
• Integrate SuccessFactors Recruiting with external career sites and complementary modules, ensuring seamless data flow and user experience.
• Leverage AI features within SuccessFactors Recruiting to enhance candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze recruiting workflows, and implement system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to recruiting processes, integrations, and user experience.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration workbooks, and support release management activities.
• Provide training and support to end users, recruiters, and HR partners on SuccessFactors Recruiting functionalities and best practices.
• Monitor and report on recruiting metrics, system performance, and process improvements using analytics and reporting tools.
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases, industry trends, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
