Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to help scale Benison’s digital presence across platforms. You will be the voice of the brand online, ensuring our content is compelling, consistent, and conversion-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Strategy

Develop and execute monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn , and other platforms
Align content with ongoing events, seasonal campaigns, and Benison’s voice (premium, aesthetic, insightful)
Ideate engaging concepts for reels, carousels, stories, static posts , and behind-the-scenes content

Performance & Campaigns

Run lead generation ads for weddings, birthdays, and corporate events

Monitor ad performance, analytics, engagement, and optimize for reach & conversions

Maintain and report on KPIs (follower growth, reach, engagement rate, leads generated)
