Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company standards in all contractual agreements.
- Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on contract terms and deliverables.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigate potential issues in contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation.
- Provide training and support to staff on contract management processes.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.Proficient in drafting and reviewing contracts with attention to detail.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Ability to analyze complex information and make sound decisions.Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.Skills Required
