Senior Visualizer

Role Overview : The Senior Visualizer – Team Lead will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual designs across digital and print platforms. This role requires a strong sense of creativity, leadership, and attention to detail to guide the design team and ensure consistent visual excellence across all deliverables.Key Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of visualizers, graphic designers, and junior creatives.- Conceptualize, visualize, and execute creative ideas for campaigns, branding, and digital assets.- Collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and web teams to ensure creative alignment with brand strategy.- Oversee the entire design process — from brainstorming and storyboarding to final delivery.- Ensure timely execution of projects while maintaining high creative standards.- Review and approve all visual materials before client submission or publishing.- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.- Communicate directly with clients (where required) to understand requirements and present creative concepts.- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to the creative team to enhance output quality.- Manage workload distribution and ensure smooth workflow within the design team.Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.- 5-6 years of experience in graphic design, advertising, or digital marketing agencies.- Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD, etc.).- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.- Ability to think creatively and deliver innovative design solutions.- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.- Detail-oriented with a passion for perfection and aesthetics.Key Attributes : - Creative thinker with a strong visual sense.- Confident team leader and motivator.- Adaptable to feedback and changing priorities.- Deadline-driven with the ability to manage pressure.- Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.
