What you can look forward to as Deputy Manager-Sales & Business Development (m / f / d) :
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales to meet and exceed targets by actively seeking and enabling new revenue opportunities
- Developing and implementing new logo acquisition strategy, market mapping and analytics of the markets
- Sale of products / solutions in the Enterprise, Mid-Market and SME segments in the India region primarily assigned and achieve the sales revenue / targets ensuring quality as per KPIs
- Constantly liaise with internal and external stakeholders by anticipating their needs, and channel partners team to position our solution better with end-customers pain points and value propositions
- Build up a strong Solution Business Messaging from a product perspective as well as from a market perspective.
Your Profile as Deputy Manager-Sales & Business Development (m / f / d) :
Bachelor's degree in engineering / technology, and MBA in Marketing (is a plus)6-10 years of professional experience in managing end-to-end salesMust have experience driving enterprise and fleet salesProven experience in domain such as automotive telematics (incl. video telematics) / fleet management / IoT / Embedded Systems / ERP / SaaSExperience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.Skills Required
