Role Description

As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring exceptional candidates for our Dubai operations and beyond. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, understand business needs, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
• Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer
• Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
