Job descriptionArchitect comprehensive test strategies for OSS platforms supporting 4G / 5G networks. In-depth knowledge of OSS functionalities and processes (inventory management, service provisioning, trouble ticketing, etc.). Proven expertise in testing network management systems (Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance, Security - FCAPS) Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana) Deep understanding of telecom network technologies (RAN, Core, Transport, BSS) Strong experience with OSS protocols and interfaces (SNMP, NETCONF / YANG, REST APIs, Kafka) Working experience in container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Openstack) for cloud-native OSS Proven expertise for network provisioning & commissioning via ZTP and Orchestration tool. Ability to fully understand system logs, test tool logs and use this understanding for debugging issues and identifying accurate root causes for the problems seen on the system under test or in the network Analyze client requirements and identify opportunities for improvement within their OSS landscape. Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, operations, sales) to ensure successful project delivery. Good understanding of K8S Architecture and CNF Life Cycle Management & working knowledge with Helm, json, yaml etc. Proficiency in SQL for database validation and test data management Working expertise to create / build test plan as per the test strategy of the feature. Expertise in executing test cases and validating the test scenarios as per the solution design expectations. 3rd party integration with OSS applications & Inventory data management system. Ability to align testing strategies with business objectives and digital transformation goals Strong working experience in scrum process & Agile delivery model. Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field 10-15 years of hands-on experience in OSS application testing ISTQB Advanced Level certification preferred. Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Required Technical Skills :
- OSS Systems : Expertise in telecom management, Rollout tooling & process, Service assurance, FCAPS & Orchestration tool.
- Experience with specific OSS vendors (Ericsson ENMS, Nokia NetAct, Huawei U2000, Cisco NSO) or similar platforms
- Testing Tools : JIRA, Jenkins, Git, Postman, JMeter
- Programming : Python, Java, Shell scripting, SQL,
- Protocols : SNMP, REST, SOAP, 3rd Party APIs
- Telecom Knowledge : 3GPP standards, network topology, KPI analysis
- Cloud & Virtualization : Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack
