Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager / Area Sales Manager located in Kerala, India. The role involves overseeing and managing sales processes, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and expanding the customer base. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating, and training a team of sales representatives, establishing strong customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Regular market research and analysis will also be part of daily tasks to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management, team leadership, and developing sales strategies.
  • Skills in business development, customer relationship management (CRM), and market analysis.
  • Proficient in communication, negotiation, and presentation.
  • Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with the education sector and educational technology is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
