Amity University Noida invites application for the post of Manager-CRC (Corporate Resource Center) for Commerce & Management Domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Industry Connect & Placements
  • Establish and strengthen partnerships with leading corporates, MNCs.
  • Identify, invite, and coordinate recruiters for campus placements and internship drives.
  • Ensure placement targets are achieved in alignment with institutional goals.

Student Career Development

  • Guide and mentor students on career planning, interview skills, resume building, and workplace readiness.
  • Organize pre-placement training, workshops, and mock interviews.
  • Facilitate internships, live projects, and industry visits, mid-term projects
  • Coordinate industry-academia interface activities such as guest lectures, seminars, and conclaves.

    • Desired Skills, Experience & Qualification

  • Strong corporate networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and hiring practices.
  • Student mentoring and counseling skills.
  • Proficiency in placement management systems, and digital platforms.
  • Education : Master’s degree in related field.
  • Experience : Min 8-10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Relations & Placements.
  • The candidate should ideally have experience from Universities / Industry
  • Good connection to place the students of B.B.A, B.Com. & M.Com.
