We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our Technical Training team. The ideal candidate will either hold a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or be willing to undertake further study to complete the required units. A background in the electrical trade is essential for success in this role.
As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering a range of critical courses, including statutory training such as ESR, CPR, LV Release and Rescue, and Pole Top / EWP. You will also facilitate Ausgrid enterprise courses covering key topics like Shorts Training, Applying Earths, Height Safety, Substation Entry, and Live Work Training.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need excellent communication skills and a genuine ability to share knowledge effectively. You must also be able to assess training participants impartially and demonstrate a strong commitment to your ongoing professional development. A willingness to learn and stay updated with industry standards is essential.
