Job Title : FSM Configurer

Location : Remote / Offshore

About the Role :

We're looking for an experienced FSM Configurer to manage, configure, and optimise the IFS Field Service Management (FSM) tool. You'll play a key role in aligning the system with business operations, enhancing workflows, and ensuring smooth performance across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Configure and maintain IFS Cloud modules - focus on timesheets, job validation, stock, and parts .

Build quick reports, lobbies, and dashboards to improve usability and insights.

Align FSM configurations with business processes and service operations.

Support users, resolve system issues, and manage small enhancement projects.

Ensure data accuracy , system integration (ERP, CRM), and performance monitoring.

Oversee testing and QA for new IFS releases and patches.

Monitor key interfaces (Business Central, Excelsys, Resident Platform, KTHS).

Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.

Skills & Experience :

Proven experience with IFS FSM / IFS Cloud

Strong understanding of field service workflows and integrations.

Proficiency in reporting, analytics, and system optimisation.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
