Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive – Loan Industry

📍 Location : Noida Extension

💼 Type : On-site | 6 Days a Week

💰 Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to join our team in the financial services sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified sales leads for various financial products, including Home Loans, Personal Loans, and other Loan Services.

Key Responsibilities

Call potential customers to generate leads for home loans, personal loans, and other financial products.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate loan options.
Maintain and update call logs and lead databases.
Follow up on leads to ensure conversion into sales opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handling and follow-through.
Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in loan lead generation, telecalling, or financial sales (home loan / personal loan experience is a must).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented and able to work in a target-driven environment.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
