• Data Modelling Expertise
• Proficient in designing conceptual, logical and physical data models
• Skilled in methodologies such as Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault and Dimensional Modelling
• Experience with tools like Erwin, SQLDBM, PowerDesigner and Oracle Sql Developer Data Modeler
• Cloud & Platform Integration
• Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems including Azure and Databricks
• Ability to design models compatible with modern data platforms and lakehouse architectures
• ETL / ELT & Data Pipelines
• Familiarity with tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks and Power Automate
• Metadata & Master Data Management
• Skilled metadata management, data lineage, and source-to-target mapping
• Exposure to MDM / RDM platforms and governance frameworks like DAMA or DCAM
• Data Quality & Governance
• Strong focus on data profiling, validation and quality assurance
• Ability to align models with regulatory, security and governance standards
• Business & Stakeholder Engagement
• Translate business requirements into scalable data designs
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, analysts and SMEs across domains
• Analytical & Problem Solving
• Apply critical thinking to resolve modelling challenges and optimise performance
• Conduct root cause analysis for data issues and propose improvements
