Position : Assistant Brand Manager
Role Overview
At WTF Gyms, the Assistant Brand Manager will support in building, positioning, and scaling the brand across India. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, on-ground execution, and creativity to ensure brand consistency, visibility, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Execution
- Assist in planning and executing branding campaigns across digital, offline, and social media.
- Ensure brand identity, tone, and messaging are consistent across platforms.
Campaign Management
Coordinate influencer collaborations, promotional events, and seasonal campaigns (e.g., festivals, launches).Track performance of campaigns and optimize for ROI.Content & Communication
Work with content / design teams to create engaging brand communication.Review creatives, social media posts, and ad campaigns to align with brand guidelines.Market Research & Analysis
Conduct competitor analysis and track fitness industry trends.Gather customer insights to support brand positioning and product launches.Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Fitness Teams for smooth campaign execution.Ensure gym-level branding and on-ground activation are up to standard.Performance Reporting
Maintain dashboards and present campaign performance to senior leadership.Suggest new initiatives for brand growth based on data-driven insights.Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.Proficiency in MS Excel / Power BI for reporting & analysis.Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Branding, or related field.1–3 years of experience in brand / marketing roles (fitness, lifestyle, FMCG preferred).Passion for fitness & wellness will be a plus.
