We are looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer with deep expertise in Python programming. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing, designing, coding, and testing software components for multiple projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor juniors, and contribute to critical decisions that impact business success. Key Responsibilities :

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Python development.
Collaborate and manage teams to ensure successful delivery.
Take responsibility for team-level and cross-team technical decisions.
Provide solutions to complex problems, both within and across teams.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing best practices and technical knowledge.
Continuously evaluate and improve development processes for efficiency and quality.

Skills & Qualifications Skills :

Proficiency in Python programming (minimum 7.5 years).

Strong understanding of software development methodologies.

Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git).

Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies.

Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Education :

15 years of full-time education (BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent).
