to lead hiring operations and drive client success.

Role Overview

The

Recruitment Manager – Technology

will be responsible for

driving technology hiring

across mid-to-leadership roles, managing client relationships, and leading a team of recruiters to ensure delivery excellence. This is a

leadership role within the staffing business

, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for

technology positions

(IT, Product, Engineering, SaaS, Digital, etc.).

Handle

leadership and niche hiring mandates

for clients.

Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Mentor and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and maintain quality standards.

Develop and implement innovative sourcing and assessment strategies.

Track recruitment metrics (TAT, quality of hire, client satisfaction) and ensure delivery excellence.

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design effective talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

5+ years of experience

in recruitment with a strong focus on

technology hiring

in a staffing / consulting firm.

Proven expertise in handling

mid-to-senior / leadership hiring

Strong understanding of technology roles, skillsets, and market trends.

Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a recruitment team.

Strong business acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.

Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
