Responsibilities

• Strong understanding and awareness of retail motor ie private car LOB products.
• Parallel understanding of product technicalities, basic technology concepts and the distribution landscape.
• Knowledge of general insurance (GI) market landscape.
• Interact and coordinate with internal teams such as Underwriting, Actuarial and Operations to ensure smooth execution of processes.
• Coordination with sales and technology teams for product development and distribution.
• Ensure excellent customer experience for the product.
• Strong process understanding is essential.
• Conduct benchmarking of competitor products, processes, and best practices to maintain market competitiveness.
• End-to-end process ownership of one or more products.
