Must-Have

Overall IT Experience between 3-5 years, IBM Sterling B2B Integrator,

B2B Communication protocols like AS2, SFTP, FTP, MQ

Experience with mapping tools (Sterling map editor, ITX)

Unix / Linux Shell Script, SQL, File Transfer Protocol (FTP), AWS

Strong knowledge of EDI standards.

• Provide L2 / L3 production support for IBM DataStage ETL jobs and related processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve the batch failures, performance issues and data load errors
• Provide technical support during deployment and production incidents.
• Collaborate with all other IT application support team to resolve the issues.
• Develop and maintain the Business process in Sterling B2B Integrator
• Develop and test EDI maps
• Optimize performance and ensure reliability of integration flows.
• Collaboration of application knowledge & updating them regularly on confluence
