UX Designer - Adobe XD

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead UX research, user testing, and data-driven design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.
• Create and maintain design systems for consistency across products.
• Advocate for best UX practices and mentor junior designers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design :
• 5+ years of UX design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX / UI projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Experience with user research, A / B testing, and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, accessibility, and design thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments is a Qualifications :
• Experience designing for B2B, SaaS, or complex enterprise applications.
• Background in HCI, Design, Psychology, or a related field is a plus.
