Key Responsibilities :
- Track and manage all financial aspects of active construction projects, including material costs, labor expenses, subcontractor payments, draws, and funds disbursement.
- Organize and maintain all project-related documentation, including receipts, permits, contracts, and other essential files.
- Maintain and update internal Excel sheets and databases with accurate project information.
- Ensure company files and records are well-organized and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth operational workflows.
Requirements :
