Job descriptionDrive ROCE evaluations and capital efficiency reports Partner with product managers to analyze product group-wise profitability Oversee monthly standalone closing activities Prepare, analyze, and present MIS to senior leadership Support annual budgeting and forecasting cycles Ensure alignment with business strategy and performance targets Coordinate internal / statutory audits Manage accurate and timely audit deliverables Identify opportunities and contribute to finance automation initiatives Enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency Proficiency in SAP (Mandatory) Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills Advanced knowledge of MS Excel Prior experience in a manufacturing sector finance role Ability to work independently with strong ownership Skilled in cross-functional collaboration

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Finance Professional to lead FP&A and commercial analytics for
enhanced business performance. The role involves driving financial insights, supporting
strategic decision-making, and partnering closely with product and commercial teams.

- Lead FP&A activities with a key focus on commercial performance improvement
- Conduct volume analysis and contribution margin reviews across standalone and
consolidated levels
