Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Tele-counselor role located in Ernakulam. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for providing counseling services to students seeking guidance on admissions. Day-to-day tasks include answering inquiries, providing detailed information on various courses, maintaining records of student interactions, and following up with potential candidates. The Tele-counselor will work closely with the admissions team to ensure a seamless process for students.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Experience in Counseling and Guidance
• Proficiency in handling inquiries and providing detailed information
• Organizational and Record-keeping abilities
• Basic Computer Skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
