Role Description

The Assistant Pastry Chef will assist in preparing and baking a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods. Responsibilities will include maintaining hygiene standards, ensuring high-quality output, managing the kitchen efficiently, and assisting in the development of new recipes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the South Goa district.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bakery, Baking, and Food Preparation
• Strong Cooking and Culinary Skills
• Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations
• A degree or certification in culinary, baking, or pastry arts is preferred
• Prior experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery is an advantage
