We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in delivering cutting-edge solutions for international workforce management. With a strong focus on simplifying payroll and technology, we empower organizations to grow and enable workforces to perform at their best.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in design and configuration of UK / IE Payroll Integrated into the AS department. Key responsibilities include :

• Providing application support and implementation consultancy through advice, guidance and technical activities.
• Designing and generating easy-to-maintain error-free implementations and customizing solutions respecting best practices.
• Working with business analysts and clients to identify requirements, design enhancements and functionality to meet user needs.
• Taking ownership of multiple business process areas and organizing problem-solving discussions with clients and internal teams.
• Performing configuration work as needed to support new and existing functionality.
• Reviewing configurations and serving as functional integration owner for multiple process areas.
• Preparing functionality specifications and delivering to developers.
• Creating Function Design Documents based on use case documents.
• Operating system and integration tests using test data to ensure applications meet agreed specifications.
• Documenting issues handled and providing regular status updates to project managers.
• Managing personal priorities and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintaining contact channels and communicating status, resolution and root cause of assigned issues.
• Understanding HR flows and SAP HR architecture.
• Ensuring timely delivery of assigned work package implementations.
