Key Responsibilities

Mis :

Prepare for regular reviews such as SRM's and other business reviews.

Good knowledge on MIS / BI reports and performance scorecard.

Supporting the Team in generation and improvement of all MIS and performance metrics.

Report Analysis & drawing Inferences beneficial to the centre

Reviewing and Submission of Performance metrics - Contact Centre.

Analytical ability to find solutions / outcomes / results.

Knowledge of advanced MS Excel, excel formulas and Macros

Undertake Projects to improve overall performance / efficiency of service units.

Providing any support for these projects and initiatives in terms of data, information, data representation, etc as may be required from time to time.

Knowledge on any BI tool such as Power BI will be an added advantage.
