The Impact This role drives digital transformation within Managed Data Services by integrating AI, prompt engineering, and automation into financial data workflows. The position directly enhances efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time for Venture Capital and Private Capital clients. By combining financial expertise with emerging technologies, it helps clients achieve smarter, faster insight generation and operational scalability .

Responsibilities :

Automate and optimize financial data ingestion, validation, and reporting for portfolio companies using proprietary platforms and AI tools.

Collaborate on large language model (LLM) prompt design to enhance financial analysis and document automation.

Review financial and legal documents with AI-assisted parsing tools to extract and standardize structured data.

Support the configuration and roll-out of Private Capital Markets platforms for global clients.

Participate in ongoing automation initiatives, leveraging scripting and APIs to streamline data processes.

Deliver analytical insights and automation solutions that enhance client outcomes and operational performance.

What We're Looking For :

Key Qualifications :

2+ years of experience with an MBA or postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or related disciplines.

Strong understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, and reporting fundamentals.

Exposure to generative AI tools and prompt engineering (ChatGPT, GPT APIs, Spark Assist, Claude, Gemini, etc.).

Hands-on experience with automation tools, Power BI / Tableau, or scripting languages such as Python, SQL, VBA, or R.

Soft Skills :

Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation and attention to detail.

Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate technical ideas to business users.

Self-motivated, ethical, and capable of working independently under tight deadlines.

Collaborative, adaptive, and eager to explore new technologies in AI and data analytics.
