Project / Program Manager (Enterprise Digital Transformation)

We are hiring for Program Manager - Enterprise Digital Transformation for one of our American MNC client

Location : Bangalore

Exp : 12-15 years

Key Responsibilities

Lead digital transformation programs from planning to execution.

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and process flows.

Support solution design, testing, and change management.

Drive project governance, reporting, and compliance with enterprise standards.

Manage project risks, dependencies, and performance dashboards.

Contribute to portfolio planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Master’s in Business, Information Systems, or related field (Operations background a plus).

12+ years of experience in program / project management or business analysis.

Strong grasp of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

Skilled in tools such as MS Project, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, and Excel.

Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, CAPM, or Agile / Scrum certification.

Experience in enterprise PMO or large-scale transformation programs.

Familiarity with PPM tools and digital process optimization.
