VicTree Solutions is hiring a Lead Dotnet Developer for an esteemed client in Pune.

Exp : 10+ yrs

Notice Period : Max 30 Days

Location : Pune

Mode : Office only (5 days)

Type : Permanent

Salary : ₹40 LPA

NOTE :

Excellent communication skills required

Valid passport for frequent travel to Switzerland

ROLE :

Take the ownership to mentor and lead the development efforts, guiding the team with your expertise and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Be part of and collaborate in an agile SCRUM environment

Develop backend software for complex mechatronic systems

REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience

Advantage if experience with working abroad

Proven experience in an agile setup, preferred in scrum (EU or US, 5+ years)

Very strong motivation to work for a mechatronic system

Focus on the development of series products

High quality mindset - Clean Code, Clean Architecture, test automation

SOFT SKILLS :

High analytical skills

Very good written and oral English skills, strong communicator and keen on transparency

Technical Skills : Must Have

Senior level experience in .NET 8.0 C# and later

Experience with databases RDBMS SQLight

Experience with CI / CD

Good To Have

Junior level experience in Angular is an advantage

Experience with embedded systems is an advantage
