At SaaS Labs, we're looking for a Product Specialist who bridges customer needs with our products. You'll engage with high-potential leads, guide them through tailored demos, and convert them into paying customers by addressing their real-time challenges - whether it's pricing, subscriptions, or payments - ensuring a smooth path from evaluation to adoption.
What You'll Do
- Engage with qualified leads via email and 1 : 1 video calls to understand their needs and use cases.
- Deliver tailored product demos that accelerate adoption and conversion.
- Monitor lead journeys using GTM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom) and analytics platforms (Tableau, Amplitude).
- Remove blockers, share resources, and ensure smooth handoffs to support / onboarding teams.
- Provide structured product feedback to Growth, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Maintain high standards of process adherence and system hygiene across GTM tools.
Who You Are
A hustler who has worked in startups or mid-size firms, closing deals or converting leads with clients in NAMER, EMEA, APAC, ANZSomeone with business acumen and the ability to reason with strong analytical skills.You know how to connect the dots between customer needs, product value, and business impact.Comfortable adapting and responding to changing customer and business environments.Driven, curious, and eager to grow in the SaaS world.What Makes You a Fit
0.6 – 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles (Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding).Exposure to SaaS / Tech businesses (preferred).Strong communication and listening skills to understand customer context.Curiosity to learn product / technical details and explain them with clarity.Process-driven, collaborative, and analytical mindset.Why Join Us
