Job descriptionDell Boomi – Advanced hands-on experience in design and development. Integration Patterns – REST / SOAP APIs, ODATA, messaging queues, file-based integrations. Programming / Scripting – Java, JavaScript, or Groovy (for custom Boomi scripting). EDI / B2B Integrations – Strong understanding of EDI standards and transactions. SAP Integrations – Experience with IDocs and SuccessFactors integration. Protocols – AS2, SFTP, HTTP / S, FTP / S, File I / O. Data Formats – XML, JSON, WSDL, XSD. Database & SQL – Good knowledge of relational databases and queries. Agile / Kanban – Experience delivering projects in Agile environments. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field . 10+ years in the IT space into integrations must be hands-on. 8+ years of experience in integrations with 3+ years on Dell Boomi . 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity managing integration teams.
About the Role
Our client is seeking a Supervisor – Integrations Developer to lead a high-performing integration team responsible for designing, developing, and managing application and B2B integrations across a global IT landscape. This role combines technical leadership with strategic execution, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimized integration performance across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Integration Developers across multiple projects.
- Design, develop, and implement A2A and B2B (EDI) integrations using Dell Boomi .
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and Application Owners to define and deliver integration solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices for integration design, development, and deployment.
- Oversee code reviews, documentation, and production support activities.
- Continuously optimize and enhance integration performance and reliability.
