AI Forge India, a subsidiary of AI Forge based in London, is a premier AI incubator committed to fostering and funding over 45 AI startups annually. Our mission is to empower innovative founders to disrupt industries, create economic opportunities, and solve real-world problems. We run a comprehensive 12-week program, including 8 weeks of in-person collaboration, with 25 companies per cohort across three sessions each year. Through our initiative, startups gain access to experienced mentors and leading corporates to ensure their growth and success.

Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Mumbai. As a Director-Dealflow, you will oversee and manage the process of identifying, evaluating, and onboarding promising AI startups into our cohort programs. Responsibilities include building relationships with founders, evaluating business potential, collaborating with industry partners, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You will play a critical role in strengthening the ecosystem by fostering partnerships and facilitating the growth and success of selected startups.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in deal sourcing, business development, and startup ecosystem engagement
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities
• Leadership and team collaboration skills to manage internal operations and external partnerships
• Strategic thinking with experience in evaluating market trends and startup investment potential
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence trends and technologies is highly desirable
• Familiarity with venture capital or incubator / accelerator programs is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field;

MBA or equivalent is a plus
