About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Smartsheet Administrator to manage, optimize, and scale our Smartsheet ecosystem for enterprise-level collaboration and reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing Smartsheet solutions that drive automation, reporting, and seamless integrations across tools like Jira. This role demands strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Dashboard Management : Design, build, and optimize Smartsheet dashboards tailored for executives, business units, and cross-functional teams.
  • Form Development : Create and configure Smartsheet forms for structured data collection, validation, and automation triggers.

Advanced Reporting & Analytics :

  • Develop reports, KPIs, and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Implement advanced features such as Data Mesh, Control Center, and Resource Management.
  • Automation & Workflow Optimization : Configure workflows to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort.
  • Jira Integration : Set up and maintain Smartsheet-Jira integrations via connectors, automation, or API to ensure seamless project tracking.
  • User Management & Governance : Manage user access, permissions, and best practices to maintain data security and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with global teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into Smartsheet solutions, and provide ongoing support.
  • Must-Have Skills :

  • Proven expertise in Smartsheet dashboards, forms, and advanced reporting tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Smartsheet advanced features (Data Mesh, Control Center, Resource Management).
  • Strong knowledge of SmartsheetJira integrations (connector, automation, or API).
  • Solid understanding of workflow automation within Smartsheet.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
  • Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Familiarity with other Smartsheet integrations (Salesforce, MS Teams, Power BI, or Tableau).
  • Experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Kanban).
  • Exposure to enterprise-level governance and change management.
