Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, promotional campaigns, academic events, and institutional communications.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop concepts and visual storyboards.
  • Ensure all videos align with the university’s brand identity and communication standards.
  • Manage video footage, sound, and visual assets with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Add graphics, animations, subtitles, and effects where required to enhance the visual appeal.
  • Maintain video archives and ensure proper storage and organization of all assets.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in video production and editing.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in video editing, preferably in an educational institution, corporate, or agency setting.
  • Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and related tools.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and brand communication.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
