Roles & Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Post job openings on multiple platforms including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic / virtual interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future needs.
• Build and manage candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
