Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive - Real Estate located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales deals, and closing transactions. The role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored property recommendations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Real Estate market. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management and Sales Negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Real Estate market trends and property knowledge
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in Real Estate sales is a plus
