Linux System Engineer

Job Description :

As a Linux Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for providing day to day Linux support for multiple customers by exercising proven Operating System and infrastructure experience in the enterprise space applying process; procedures; Standards; guidelines and best practices.

• Supporting BAU for various clients
• Management including installation, configuration, troubleshooting of various software applications
• Assist appropriate teams in all phases of Production implementation
• Perform system tuning activities where appropriate
• Make recommendations to improve the health of the system where necessary.
• Provide on-call support as scheduled.
• Coordinate service calls and requests with team members where necessary.
• Respond to incident tickets and provide updates in a timely manner.

This is a remote opportunity, but we prefer candidates based out of Kochi and Bangalore.

This role required employees to work in Weekend, in different time zones based on the client requirement from time to time.
