BigMudra - Growth Acquisition Lead - Growth & Strategy - Startup Fundraising

We are seeking an experienced and driven Growth Acquisition Lead to join our business development and deal execution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing startups in need of funding, managing the end-to-end transaction process, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and investment partners.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and onboard startups seeking debt or structured funding.
• Assess client financials, business models, and funding requirements to provide tailored funding solutions.
• Structure and syndicate debt deals ranging from - 2 crore to - 100 crore.
• Prepare high-quality pitch decks, investment memos, and proposal documents for lenders / investors.
• Manage the transaction lifecycle : from due diligence to term sheet negotiations and final disbursement.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and lending teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and investors.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory developments, and new financing instruments.
