Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Growth Marketing Lead - Commission Based at Startup India Initiative. The Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, conducting market research, analyzing data to inform decisions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, creating marketing campaigns, and driving sales and revenue growth. The role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives and achieving set targets.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Project Management experience
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Proficiency in Growth Hacking techniques
• Proficient understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the startup ecosystem or working with student entrepreneurs is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
