Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist (B2B) in the E-commerce sector, located in Jaipur. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, developing strategies to increase business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, understand market trends, and identify growth opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential clients and understand market demands
• Proficiency in Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proactive and goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in B2B sales or E-commerce is a plus
