AjnaLens is looking for an Intellectual Property & Legal Services Paralegal to join our team at Thane (Maharashtra – India).

We’re seeking someone who is detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working across Intellectual Property (IP) and general legal support functions. This role involves managing IP portfolios, supporting contract review, conducting legal research, and ensuring smooth legal operations across the organisation.

Who are we looking for :

• Someone with hands-on experience in managing IP filings, docketing, and working with Indian and international IP systems.
• A professional who understands the basics of commercial contracts and can support contract reviews with accuracy.
• Someone comfortable coordinating with attorneys, external counsels, and international IP offices.
• A detail-driven individual who can organise, track, and maintain legal and IP documentation.
• A candidate who can conduct preliminary IP searches, legal research, and prepare internal summaries.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with excellent drafting and proofreading skills.
