Job descriptionTake high-level design directions from the client’s enterprise / solution architects and develop detailed technical designs. Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, ensuring alignment with integration, data, and security standards. Review and validate design decisions, ensuring adherence to best practices, scalability, and maintainability. Lead the Salesforce development team, providing guidance on solution design, configuration, customization, and integrations. Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, performing hands-on fixes and enhancements as needed. Oversee production deployments, ensuring compliance with client’s DevOps and CI / CD processes (e.g., GitHub, AutoRabit, or similar tools). Ensure high-quality delivery through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to established release management standards. Manage and execute production deployments through client-defined DevOps frameworks. Coordinate with QA, Release, and Operations teams to ensure smooth release cycles and rollback planning. Ensure backup, data migration, and post-deployment validation processes are effectively executed. 7–12 years of overall Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in an architect or technical lead capacity. Proven experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations. Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, integration patterns, and data management practices. Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, Integration (REST / SOAP APIs), and deployment automation tools. Working knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools such as GitHub, AutoRabit, Copado, or Gearset. Experience working with healthcare clients, with understanding of regulatory, data privacy, and compliance requirements (HIPAA, PHI). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interface effectively with senior business and IT executives. Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer II preferred. Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently during US time zones. Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving ability. Excellent collaboration and leadership skills to guide distributed teams. Commitment to quality, stability, and long-term platform sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management :
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for business and IT stakeholders during US business hours.
- Collaborate closely with client leadership to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Communicate solution approaches, timelines, risks, and technical recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
