Tax Manager-1040

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced US Tax Manager specializing in Individual (1040 HNI) to join our growing tax team. The role involves managing and reviewing complex returns, leading client engagements, supervising teams, and ensuring compliance with US federal and state tax laws. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage, review, and deliver complex 1040 (Individual) returns.
• Provide tax planning, advisory, and compliance support to clients, including HNI individuals, estates, and trusts.
• Supervise, guide, and review work performed by associates and senior associates.
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for tax matters.
• Research and resolve complex tax issues, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filing of all returns.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (audit, accounting, and consulting) for integrated client service delivery.
• Train and mentor junior staff on US tax concepts, software, and compliance processes.
