Travel Operations Specialist

We are seeking skilled professionals to strengthen our travel operations across the globe.

The ideal candidate will have experience in reservations, ticketing, customer support and travel operations.

Airline Reservations personnel must be proficient in GDS systems, have knowledge of fare construction, contracts, commissions and tactical fare actions.

Key responsibilities include managing PNRs, handling end-to-end ticketing operations and maintaining operational accuracy.

The successful candidate will also possess strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.

We require a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the travel industry and a degree such as HSC or Graduate. Fluency in Gujarati is also essential.
