Job Title : Facility Manager

Location :

Grasim – Ludhiana

Salary :

Ludhiana : ₹85,000 Gross per month

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager with a strong background in Rotary Equipment, HVAC systems, and Process Automation . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and reliability of plant machinery and utilities, while adhering to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee operation and maintenance of Rotary Equipment , AHU , and Chiller systems .

Handle troubleshooting, preventive, and predictive maintenance for all mechanical and automation equipment.

Monitor and optimize performance of centrifugal pumps, gear boxes, agitators , and other rotating equipment.

Manage equipment alignment and ensure machinery runs with minimal downtime.

Supervise maintenance and performance of PLC-based process automation systems .

Coordinate with production and utility teams to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.

Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation for audits.

Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and statutory regulations.

Required Skills & Expertise :

Hands-on experience with rotary equipment , AHU , chillers , and PLC programming .

Strong understanding of gear boxes , centrifugal pumps , agitators , and equipment alignment .

Knowledge of process automation and control systems .

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Ability to lead and guide a team of maintenance technicians.

Qualification & Experience :

B.Tech in Mechanical

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in maintenance or facility management within a manufacturing / pharmaceutical / industrial setup.
