Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Merchandiser located in New Delhi. The Ecommerce Merchandiser will manage product listings, analyze sales trends, and strategize inventory placement to optimize sales performance. Responsibilities include coordinating with marketing teams to align promotional activities, ensuring website accuracy, and providing excellent customer service through efficient merchandising initiatives. Collaboration with internal teams and responsiveness to market demands will be critical to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with teams and customers
• Should have prior experience in fashion or multi-brand e-commerce
• Strong understanding of and hands-on experience with Shopify
• Experience in Sales and Retail operations to support merchandising strategies
• Proficiency in Marketing techniques to align product placements with promotional campaigns
• Analytical skills for sales data interpretation and inventory management
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and best practices in online merchandising
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the fashion or luxury retail industry is a plus
