Our client in the Semiconductor industry is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner to provide HR support in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include :
- Supporting and building strategies to enable business success
- Partnering with a cross-functional group of subject matter experts to design and execute strategies for hiring, onboarding, retention, and development
- Providing business partner coverage for engineering teams
- Collaborating with first line managers to execute people strategy
- Evangelizing new or enhanced HR programs and assisting new managers in building expertise
- Implementing organization-wide people initiatives, annual Focal programs, and conducting pulse survey analysis and reporting
Qualifications :
