Position Title : Senior Officer Talent & Capability (Corporate HR)

Role Overview
The role supports the design, coordination, and execution of key Talent and Capability initiatives across Berger Paints. The incumbent will partner with HR teams and business stakeholders to enable learning effectiveness, talent pipeline readiness, and employee engagement through structured programs and digital interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation of Talent Management initiatives including Talent Pool identification, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and Succession Planning.
- Coordinate competency assessments for Key, Young, and Managerial Talent groups; maintain one-page talent profiles with assessment insights and development actions.
- Build validated succession slates and readiness levels for identified roles.
- Track IDP progress and curate learning journeys aligned with capability frameworks.
- Develop dashboards and automate reporting for learning completions, participation, and program effectiveness.
- Manage vendor partners for content design, validation, and rollout of digital learning modules.
- Activate and manage LinkedIn Learning for Key and Young Talent by curating role-based learning paths and driving engagement.
- Drive utilization of digital learning platforms (LinkedIn Learning / LMS), analyze learning analytics, and share insights.
- Coordinate functional, promotion, and Gurukul capability assessments to measure skill readiness.
- Support design and execution of Recognition & Rewards (R&R) interventions at regional and functional levels.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, quality, and impact of Talent & Capability initiatives.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and presentations on program progress and business impact.
