Location : Pune / Bangalore (Hybrid - 3days in a week at office, 2 days WFH)

Shift Timings : US Hours - 6 : 30 PM to 3 : 30 AM (might change as per daylight saving)

• Project Overview : Northern Trust is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Engineer to lead the End User Computing team focused on Mac / OSX and iOS platforms. The role involves managing MDM and MAM infrastructure, integrating JAMF and Microsoft Intune, and supporting a digital workspace for on-site and remote employees.
• Contractor's Role : The engineers role includes evaluation, installation, integration, and monitoring of Apple devices and related software in a multi-vendor environment, ensuring compliance with controls and standards, and delivering scalable end-user service solutions.
• Experience Level : Senior – 7+ years.
• Qualifications : BE or any bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
• Must have skills : Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, over 7 years of MacOS management and operations experience, expertise with macOS and iOS systems, MDM / MAM technologies, and supporting infrastructure like Active Directory, Azure AD, and networking. Knowledge of conferencing platforms and ITSM models is also valued. Candidate MUST have Microsoft GPO experience.
• Nice to Haves : Good written & Oral communication, Worked on Office 365 suites, ADO Etc.,
• Tasks & responsibilities : The ideal candidate is an initiative-taker enthusiastic about technology and teamwork, skilled in problem-solving, communication across all levels, and managing multiple projects while motivating staff to achieve goals.
