Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Development Manager located in Hyderabad. The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new franchisees, creating business plans, and developing franchising strategies. Key tasks include generating and nurturing leads, overseeing the franchise sales process, and providing training and support to franchise partners. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and alignment with business goals.

• Proven expertise in Franchise Sales and Franchising
• Strong skills in Business Planning
• Experience with Lead Generation
• Ability to create and deliver comprehensive Training programs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in franchise development or equivalent role is an advantage
